Photobooth Setup Request

Hello my most valued colleague :) thank you for your interest in making your HBSPCA event the BEST EVER!
Before the Photobooth can be deployed, I will need some information from you. While this form may be long, all questions will contribute to the user experience, and as such should be answered with care.
Each time a photo is taken, the photobooth user must enter their email address - this doubles as data collection and a photo distribution method. The questions below will ensure the photo email sent to each prospective donor, volunteer, board member, adopter, etc.,.. is polished, professional, and up to HBSPCA standards!
IMPORTANT NOTE: As these machines are valuable, a staff member is REQUIRED to attend the event alongside the machine. They must not under any circumstances be dropped off and left unattended, nor can they be adequately supervised by only a volunteer when off-site. Should the photobooth be damaged, lost, or stolen during your reservation, the cost of replacement and/or repair will be billed to your department.
